The list starts (as per the release dates) with:

1) ‘Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance’

A hero going dark… with some serious action and drama… this installment of Ghost Rider is expected to be a page turner for the hero’s storyline! Well… the trailer speaks almost entirely for the movie.

2) ‘The Hunger Games’

A movie on a reality show, which actually has the capability to change the face of the reality of the lives of contestants itself! You lose the game and you lose your life.

3) ‘American Reunion’

The original cast of the American Pie series comes together for a High-School reunion. And it’s so very obvious that nothings gonna be normal when Jim, Michelle and friends come together.

4) ‘The Avengers’

Well… I’ve already spoken a lot on this one in a post dedicated to this movie! The only hero I’m concerned about in this flick is Iron-Man! Others don’t really matter to me. No offences meant…

5) ‘The Dictator’

Now this is something that I am waiting eagerly for. The trailer itself made me roll out of my chair. Can’t think of what’s gonna happen I’ll actually be watching the movie.

6) ‘Men in Black II’

Yup! The Men in Black are on their way back to the silver screens across the globe again! This time Will Smith is not only on a mission to catch the aliens, but also find his own team mate…’Kay’.

7) ‘Battleship’

Another game that turns into a live action movie. This movie is based on Hasbro’s classic naval combat game. Haven’t played the game yet, but still the trailer itself has managed to build the excitement for the movie.

8) ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’

This is another super hero going dark! Not only is Peter Parker different this time with Andrew Garfield filling in the spot, but the story line is also going to be different from what was seen in Toby Maguire’s version of Spider-Man. The movie has a dark touch to it, kinda like what was seen in Dark Knight.

9) ‘The Dark Knight Rises’

The hero who started the whole ‘going dark’ trend himself might meet his ultimate demise in the third and the final installment of the trilogy. With ‘Bane’ as the villain, who is otherwise known as the ‘Man who broke the Bat’ in the comic series, this might be the last time Bruce Wayne will be the Bat Man!

Well…thats about it. There are many other movies that haven’t been mentioned in the list, coz the list just won’t end that way. Some of the movies that are not mentioned are “Expendables 2″, “Wrath of the Titans”, “Prometheus”, “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” etc. So… is there any movie that you are excited about?

The song came out last week and I know it’s a bit late to review a week old song, but still, since I liked it, thought of writing a post. So, the song for a change is not about any girl who ditches Enrique or about how he likes a girl on top of him or about how he likes to see a sexy girl pole dancing in front of him. The song talks about Enrique’s way to success and how great he feels to be where he is today. The song has fab music and effects to it, which actually makes us like how it feels to listen to it.

The video of the single is great. It has been directed by Enrique himself and features many celebs like Eva Longoria, George Lopez, Ken Jeong(the chinese guy from ‘Hangover’) and some others like them! The video is mainly dedicated to Enrique’s fans. There are some behind the scenes videos merged in the music video itself, showing how crazy fans get at concerts and all the fun stuffs that Enrique and his friends do while in studio or out of studio. Well, watch the video right here and decide how much you like how Enrique feels! And oh… the chinese guy has done it again! See how he brings Hangover crazyness into the video!

So???

Like any other eve, I opened my facebook account to check out any comments and status updates made by any of my friends and to see the other notifications that appear usually. But this time, when I opened my FB account, I had a friend named “Apurv” having made a post on my wall saying “Include this in your blog…and get excited!”, followed by a youtube link… and when I clicked on the link and saw what it had, boy…did I get excited or what!

The trailer is stupendous. To see all the super heroes together… Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Hulk and my personal favorite Iron Man is seriously stupendous. I have a feeling that the centre of attraction of the flick would be none other than Iron Man. His dialogues, style and most important and distinctive feature of all, attitude, makes him one heck of a super hero in the band. The trailer is pretty good. Though it hasn’t yet revealed as to who the main villain would be in the movie, but by the looks of it, it can certainly be said that whoever it is, is going to give the Avengers a really hard time in the battle.Tonyy Stark himself might be seen giving a hard time to the other super heroes in a funny way, because of his own attitude issues. For once, the part of the trailer where the Captain America tries to mock Tonyy saying “Big man in suit armour…take that away, what are you?”, to which Tonyy replies “aaa genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist”, ultimately having the captain getting mocked! And there are some more of the sort. The movie is set to release in May 2012. Watch the trailer right here!

1) Eminem – The Marshall Mathers LP

The album that changed the face of Hip-Hop and helped Eminem take a step further towards becoming the King of rap he is today! Tracks that say different stories of the rapper’s life, some funny, some serious, some raging, and of course…some obscene, not only make this album one of the best that Eminem has released in his career so far but also a must have album for anyone who knows what rap is or even for those who don’t know what rap is!

2) Linkin Park – Meteora

The second studio album of the rock band Linkin Park, which sounded as if the band was saying, “Dude… We know how it is to be done!”…And boy did that work! Each track in the album is a killer one. You listen to one track, you think “Gosh this is the best one”, and then you go on to the next track and you think “Wait-a-minute…even this is the best track”, and this goes on till the last track of the album!

3) Backstreet Boys – Unbreakable

A really fabulous album that went severely unnoticed. The sixth studio album from the boy-band is literally a lyrical bomb. The album has everything, from club banger “Everything But Mine” to adult contemporary “Helpless When She Smiles” to pop rock “Any Other Way” to soul touching songs like “Unmistakable” and each of them with awesome lyrics. The album would come in handy whenever you start missing your loved ones back at your home. The album has everything for every mood that a normal human being could possibly have.

4) Michael Jackson – Number Ones

Seriously! Do you really want me to describe about this now? I mean… the greatest hits collection from the (and when I say ‘the’, I mean “THE”) King of Pop doesn’t need any thing being said for it…does it now? So don’t you dare forget this one!

5) Now this could be anything that you want… I mean…you should have your own current favorites with you too right? So this could be anything right from Cold Play to John Mayor to Gaga(Boy do I hate her! You would never find even a single song of her’s in my playlist EVER! Don’t ask reasons.) to Bruno Mars to James Blunt to anyone! Well If I were you, I would select one from either Cold Play or John Mayor or maybe both… coz the remaining genres get covered by the first four from the list.

This is what I would have with me, in case such kind of a situation comes up. I am pretty sure that these should be more than sufficient for you to survive in an island all alone. Well problem could arise if your battery runs out and you don’t have a spare one to replace it with.

Some of you might have different opinions regarding some of the albums that I have recommended here. Do feel free to suggest me about some other albums that you think would be a better fit in such a case.

Just when I was wondering that I didn’t get to listen anything new & “good” from any of my favorite artists,  I get a  mail from a subscription that I had made on the official Bruno Mars website saying “Listen To The NEW SINGLE – It Will Rain!” !!! And I go “Phew…Thank God!”

Yup! The “Grenade” hit maker is back with a new single named “It Will Rain”. The song is going to feature in the highly anticipated upcoming movie “Twilight: Breaking Dawn”! Highly anticipated because people and media say so. Personally speaking, this song is the only thing that I’m excited or happy about! Not interested in movie at all. No offences meant! The song is subtle, sweet and wonderful. I don’t know how the guy does it everytime. Every song by Bruno seems so wonderful in its own way. They should make a new genre of songs called “Bruno” especially for him. The lyrics, the music, the beats and off course, the singing are really good, though they don’t match upto the standards of “Grenade”, “Just the way you are” or “Liquor Store Blues”, but still, like I said earlier, its beautiful in its own way!

Update: Guys! The official video to this beautiful song is up now. The video is about Bruno, an up coming musician ( I guess) and a girl who are in love and are leading a happy life. But eventually things start to fall apart when Bruno is not able to find enough time to be with his girl, being busy making music throughout the day and all night long, which makes his girlfriend feel ignored and so on. It has scenes from “Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part I” movie as well. Watch the official video right here!

After over a year, this is my first post in the games section on this blog. Once I got to know about it, I just couldn’t wait to write a post on it, and why wouldn’t I? Max Payne has been one of my favorite series of all times. The story line…the special effects… the characters…the dialogs… and boy…that background violin music that sends chills down my spine every time it plays in the game, everything about this game has always excited me. And when I came to know that there would be a third installment to the blockbuster series… my excitement level blew the roofs off!

This update about the game is THE major one since when the game was announced. The first trailer of the game was released by Rockstar Games just yesterday(14th Sept 2011). Going by what can be grabbed from the trailer, things have changed a lot in the world of Max Payne. Max is no longer a cop, or maybe he is just done being one. You can find him saying “I ain’t no cop no more” in the trailer. He moves to Sao Paolo, Brazil and is jobless. Later he is appointed as a protection agent for certain high-profile people in the God forbidden city. Somehow, this time again, Max ends up trying to protect another girl…and by the looks of it, it doesn’t seem that things work out quite the way that were supposed to.

The trailer is intense. The action and the drama seem to have doubled this time. The slow mo, bullet time effects prevail…well that is quite obvious as those were the features that made the game stand out, and off course, the narration by Max and his intense voice that plays a key role in keeping the mood of the game going. Just thinking about these things itself brings back the old days of Max Payne 1 and 2. Though, the major difference that can be noted is his looks. The handsome cop suddenly going bald was a subject of concern among the fans, but the reason for his newly found avatar has been explained in the trailer itself! I guess it would be better to watch the trailer here than letting me kill the fun of y’all actually watching all the action happening! So, here it is…

And oh! Slim Shady has actually stood up this time… The guy has turned blonde again, which is the first time after his album “Encore” which he released before going on the hiatus. Well… as always, I don’t want to ruin all the fun of watching the video for you people, so I’ll drop here and let you all have a look at the video yourselves.

The long-awaited fourth single from Slim Shady’s album “Recovery” is finally out and I’ve got to say that the long wait actually paid off. The song was already among one of the favorites from the album and now the video just tops it all over. It’s actually better than any of the videos that Em has released since Relapse, other than “Not Afraid” from the same album if you ask me. The video shows two phases of Eminem, one who follows his heart and the other that knows that what the other one is doing is wrong. The way the two have been shown in the video is beautiful. The fantastic cinematography just adds to the impact that the song and the concept of the video builds on viewer. The video features porn star Sasha Grey, who is looking really beautiful in the video, playing the love interest of Shady.

There is one more single that is out and is building quite an amount of heat… well why wouldn’t it, when you have two of the most talented rappers ever including Royce da 5″9 and the rap legend himself Eminem. The duo have come together after almost over a decade. They have done a couple of rap songs in the past like “Scary Movie”, “Bad Meets Evil”, etc. This time they have teamed up for good and are at the verge of releasing an entire album titled “Hell: The Sequel”. The first single from the album “Fastlane”, just came out and boy… is it awesome. The song is fabulous and the video just adds to its awesomeness. It is funny and cool at the same time. I myself have seen the video more than 20 times already! Here it is…
